Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may occasionally require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and to respect the time of our professionals, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
* Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time will not incur any charges.
* Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.
* Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will also be subject to a 50% fee of the total service cost.
* No-shows will be subject to the same 50% cancellation fee.
These fees are non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please understand that our professionals set aside time specifically for your appointment. Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, and no-shows disrupt their schedules and prevent other clients from booking during that time slot.
